Ostro

You are the captain of a small ship sailing the seas of Ostro in search of a fabled treasure. You must keep your ship and crew together as you embark on an epic voyage. The journey ahead of you will not be an easy one.

Ostro is a high seas fantasy rpg designed for solo play. Each turn you face one of 100 encounters. Encounters have multiple outcomes making each playthrough feel fresh and unique. You will make friends and and face daunting perils as you scramble to find clues to the location of the fabled treasure. 

Ostro is split between two books, Overview and Exploration. Overview contains the rules of play as well as the background of the world and the peoples that populate it. Overview also provides a framework to imagine a character, your ship and your crew. Exploration contains 100 unique encounters to challenge you and to create a narrative as you play. Roll a d100 each turn to see what comes next in the vast seas of Ostro.  

A print-at-home zine version is available. If you select this option: print on standard sized paper, print double sided, select flip on the long edge. Fold and staple once it's printed and you're good to go!
